Platan Hotels & Resorts is a rapidly expanding company established in 2012 and forms part of the Platan Group, a capital and investment firm wholly owned by Polish investors. With over 20 years of successful experience, the group has executed luxury hotel and gastronomy projects and offers a comprehensive range of commercial real estate management services. In line with its ongoing portfolio diversification strategy and in response to the growing interest in the investment apartment market, Platan Hotels & Resorts has expanded its operations to include premium investments through the condo model.
To date, the company has successfully completed six commercial projects encompassing office, retail, and warehouse facilities, with an estimated total value of approximately €160 million. Additionally, it has developed six investment apartment projects and five hotel properties. Currently, the company is engaged in several ongoing projects that are slated for completion in the coming years.
